CompatibilityHow do I choose a CPU and motherboard?
The socket is the CPU connector. The processor and board need matching sockets and a supported chipset. With automatic matching enabled, changing the CPU adjusts the board and RAM profiles. Still check the exact model's BIOS and the manufacturer's CPU support list.
CompatibilityWhat do the basic checks cover?
Checks cover the socket, memory type, general form factor, capacity, slots and power profile. 3D uses shared visuals; it does not fully check connectors, exact dimensions or BIOS.
3D and performanceCan I build without 3D?
Yes. Parts selection, compatibility checks, saving and sharing also work in 2D. Enable 3D with the separate button.
3D and performanceWill I get exactly this FPS?
The displayed FPS is an illustrative estimate. Data for some new models is not yet available, so no number is shown. Actual results depend on the real system, game settings, drivers and cooling.
PriceWhy is the total incomplete?
Some parts in the expanded catalog are not yet priced. You can save and share these builds, but a partial total is not a full commercial price. Confirm the final price with the store.

Named builds are saved in this browser and may be lost if you clear browser data. Export important configurations as JSON or keep a share link.
SaveWill a shared link change my build?
Opening a link keeps your current selection. Loading the shared version requires a separate button. Conflicting custom parts are not overwritten; you will see a notice.
InstallmentsAre installments already available?
Online bank applications are not active yet. You can ask PCLSHOP for an installment consultation. A bank application option will be added after merchant access and integration are activated.
InstallmentsIs the monthly amount a bank offer?
No. The calculator only divides the price by the number of months. It excludes interest, fees and approved terms. The bank determines the final terms and decision.
Collection and warrantyWhen will I receive the computer and what warranty applies?
Arrange the collection method, delivery cost and timing with the store. Each listing's warranty appears in its details. Confirm the exact collection address and time in advance. Contact details and current service terms appear at the bottom of the home page.
DataWho receives my request?
Your name, phone number and request details are kept in the store's protected storage and are accessible to the owner. They are not automatically sent to a bank. Do not enter your personal ID number, card details or banking credentials here.
DataDo you use advertising trackers?
This version has no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. The cart, favorites and builds are stored in the browser for essential website functions.
