Requests to the store

Purchase and installment consultation requests store the name, phone number, selected products and collection details you provide so the owner can contact you. A request does not charge money, reserve stock or send a bank application.

WhatsApp and social pages

Typing in the support window does not send a message automatically. “Open WhatsApp” prefills your text in WhatsApp; you confirm sending there. WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook are separate services with their own privacy terms.

Choices saved in your browser

Your cart, favorites, custom parts, builds and storage preferences are saved in your browser. Clearing browser data removes local records. Save important builds as JSON files.

Cookies and device storage

The cart, favorites and builds use local browser storage (localStorage). Storage preferences explain essential storage and optional statistics separately. We do not create unique advertising or analytics tracking cookies. Technical storage for hosting and authentication is governed by the platform's rules.

Your consent choice, its version and the time it was saved remain in this browser. They are not sent as a user profile. The choice remains until you change it or clear browser data.

Optional measurement

Analytics is off until you choose. If allowed, we keep only daily totals of predefined actions and broad speed groups. Names, phone numbers, search queries, user IDs, cart contents, build data, URLs and full error messages are excluded. No third-party analytics or advertising code is used. Measurement is disabled when Do Not Track is enabled.

You can change your choice using “Storage preferences” at the bottom of the page. Declining does not limit site functions.

Reporting an issue

Feedback text and type are saved only for the store owner. A name and phone number are not required. To limit spam, a daily hash is created from the connection address or authenticated account ID; the original value is not stored in the feedback database. Do not include your personal ID number, password or card details.

Security and backups

Server errors are recorded using a general code and count. Protected backups may contain submitted requests, feedback and product photos; only the owner can view them. Sites/Cloudflare provide access and infrastructure and may keep their own technical logs.

Correcting or deleting data

Contact the store through the channels published on the website or the “Report an issue” button. Include your request reference and what you need; do not send financial details or identity-document information.
